Valerie and I were at a vintage car rally one weekend. The day started quite bright, but in the late afternoon it started to pour with rain and turned the field into a quagmire. With its narrow section tyres this car got well and truly stuck with wheelspin. Another car had stopped in front to give a helping tow, but that too was starting to get wheelspin and it wasn't till we and several others lent a helping push that we got it off on to firmer ground.
