This was taken near Symmonds Yat in the south west of England. I don't normally take landscapes, mainly because I'm not very good at them, but I liked the way the river wound up from the bottom right of the picture, the base given by the stone wall, the balance given by the tree at the top and the way the sun lit up the distance through a slight heat haze. Taken on a Canon A1 with Fujichrome slide film.
